PVC additives |
Plasticizers: Hexamoll © DINCH - is an environmental friendly plasticizer for PVC. It could replace DINP and compatible with existing PVC formulation which can fulfill the European requirement for toy application under age of 3.
Mesamoll © -
is an environmental friendly plasticizer for PVC. It is compatible with existing PVC formulation and with good gelling behavior, saponification resistance and antifungus properties. It is suitable for toy application under age of 3 and outdoor products.
ATBC -
a non volatile liquid which is predominantly ester nature can form a homogenous system with the polymer substrate without chemical reaction. It can give certain desired physical properties to these substances like reduced hardness, increased deformation power, plasticity and elasticity.

Calcium Zinc Stabilizer -
Therm-Chek SP1795™ & Therm-Chek RC-175P™ which can fulfill international standard such as EN-71, ASTM-F963, UL and customer's requirements as specified by Mattel, Hasbro, Tommy, etc.
Antioxidant :
UV-absorber -
UV-Chek AM-300™ is a light stabilizer for flexible and semi-rigid PVC application. It is an effective cost stabilizer in polyolefin film for agricultural and greenhouse use.
Riondex AO™ -
is a high molecular weight antioxidant. It will provide excellent protection against degradation at high processing temperatures and will extend the service life of polymers that are used at elevated temperatures.

Limoflex™ -
is an effective naturally occurring, biodegradable solvent found in citrus peel oils. It's interesting chemical properties, pleasant citrus aroma, and its safe nature have earned the product acceptance in many diverse chemical applications. Limoflex is extensively used as a fragrance in perfumes, air fresheners, personal care products, and as a natural replacement for petroleum-based solvents in paints and cleaning products.
Conductive Filler -
can be use for solvent and waterborne paint formations using acrylic, urethane, epoxy, and vinyl polymer systems. The application included in EMI/RFI shielding coatings for electronic components, conductive inks, adhesives, and anti-static floor coatings and polymer conductive filler.
UV-absorber - UV-Chek AM-340™ is a synergist / coadditive with other UV light stabilizers. It is an effective stabilizer in polypropylene and high-density polyethylene, and is especially effective in pigmented thick section applications.
Antioxidant - Riondex AO™ is a high molecular weight antioxidant. It will provide excellent protection against degradation at high processing temperatures and will extend the service life of polymers that are used at elevated temperatures.
Impact modifier (polypropylene) - PPC 4640™ is a nucleated heterophasic polypropylene copolymer with superior impact strength. It can be used as a virgin material, impact modifier and mold testing. PPC 4640 has been developed for injection moulding of chair shells,pails, crates and other articles requiring good mechanical properties.

Rinoprene™ -
is the polymer of styrene, and butadiene, which the block type and radiation shape molecule structure has made it have the general elasticity and physical character without going through vulcanization procedure. And its middle section is of rubber look, which has excellent elasticity resuming ability, processing flow character, cold-resist, which can be injection molded and processed like the thermoplastic plastics, it can be widely applied on sole, toy, mechanical products, etc..
McBond™ -
is a general purpose injection molding grade thermoplastic elastomer. This TPE is blended with additives that balance the elongation and tensile strength to allow it as an excellent elastomer for making toys and hand tools.
Cynoflex™ -
is a TPE based on the styrenic block copolymer SEBS. It offers some of the functional performance and properties of thermoset rubber, along with the advantages of thermoplastic processing techniques. They present ease of transformation with improved weathering at an excellent performance cost ratio. The low and high temperature resistance characteristics makes them ideal for automotive and appliance applications.
Elastollan™ -
is a polyester based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). The product is formulated for low gel, relative ease of processing and low yellowness index. It exhibit excellent abrasion resistance and toughness. Food grade is available.

Water based paint: AQL1386GF™ -
A non-yellow, quick drying, tough, abrasion resistance that specially developed for toy decoration. It can be applied on most polymer substrates, such as: PVC, ABS, Polycarbonate, etc. The product also compiles with EN71, and ASTM 963a heavy elements content.
Solvent based Paint:
SEBS Paint -
A rubber paint with light odor, quick drying, abrasion resistance developed for the toy decoration. The low toxicity solvent system made the paint more suitable in toy application.
